Gail began studying movement when she began formal classical ballet training at the age of six. Her dance background includes ballet, jazz, modern, character, contemporary, and hip hop. Through dance, she discovered Pilates and was instantly hooked. In 2009, she received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Music from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Teaching since 2011, she completed her Comprehensive Pilates training with Balanced Body and is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Other certificates she holds are TRX Suspension Training Level 1, YogaWorks 200 Hour Yoga certification, and Balanced Body Barre. Gail loves to move and believes that movement is the key to balanced physical and mental health.
